Returns & Refunds
Many of our items are individually hand-crafted and unique.
If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind on custom-made or personalised items.
For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Photographs on the website are representative examples. As many items are made using natural materials such as sea glass and driftwood, each piece will vary slightly in colour, shape, and detail.
